We are NOT always the cheapest, BUT we do go the extra distance to provide SERVICE/ BACK-UP/ PARTS/ WARRANTY REPAIRS and more.We carry one of the largest ranges of parts on hand in NZ. Payment can be by - Cheque, C/card or I-net banking. By making an order/payment for a product it does NOT automatically mean you have a definite order for the product until we have confirmed it with you by return email. Payment is required in advance and as we do not always have the particular item on hand we order it in. Sometimes our overseas suppliers may not have the product on-hand for immediate dispatch. This results in EXTRA delays. We DO advise you if that is the case. Items ordered that we consider 'non stocked' (such as clothing) will be non returnable. Once ordered and paid they will NOT be accepted back for credit. Any goods that we DO accept back for credit WILL be subject to a 'restocking fee' of 10%. Freight charges are additional and we do our best to keep them as low as possible.
